 Frank in the day if you had lots of MPC you were much sought after....

MPC = Military Payment Certificate = Monopoly money issued by the Yanks to stop the black market but was a raging failure when a packet of Menthol Smokes could get you what ever you wanted and more. The thing you didnt want was NSU caught from a CSW or worse was the "Black Syph" Legend has it that if you got that your private parts turned black and fell off and there of course was no cure so you were sent to a seret Yankee Island where you waited to die....
