Have rented it out about 2 years ago and hit the road, have never regretted the decision.

Same here we have a huge four bedroom old qlder on an acre trying to sell but its a terrible time

Nothing wrong at all, at Jimboomba 50 km south of Brisbane on 5 forest acres, not a flat block, but lots of usable space

# bed brick, attached teenagers retreat double carport under main roof seperate caravan double carport plus double garage

Trouble is there is a glut of houses for sale (buyers market)

Could have sold it easily two years ago

FL.We are up to our necks right now.having said that we do have a few clients taking a sojourn on Christmas Island who maybe interested in GS's house.It has to be the right neighbourhood of course and not far from a Centerlink Office.blankstare
