Good luck with the home sale Delta.....sounds great, don't think you will have any trouble selling it, just keep the Duck out of the yard, don't want to put potential buyers off! bleh

Hey everybody!!

Would anyone like to buy a home in Bunbury, W.A.?   We're selling to move closer to Perth/family.

3 x 2 with larger than the norm living areas and bedrooms that are large enough to sub divide LOL.  Double garage with roller doors.

Wood tile fire in family room and gas wall furnace in lounge room, solar, insulated, bore, evaporative ducted air conditioning.  Jarrah cupboards in kitchen, built in robes in all bedrooms.  10 x 10 garden shed.

Walking distance to large shopping centre, Harvey Norm's and more stores walking distance as well.

Bus stop out front of neighbour's home.  Australind train service to Perth across the road.  5/7 minutes drive to the CBD.

5 or so minute drive to the ocean.

New double lane highway all the way to Perth completed so no more slowing down driving through towns.

How far does THE DUCK live from there.
